What is wife Rape?
This is a term to describe sexual act done without the persons consent by women's husband oe ex-husband.
By physical force sexual acts may committed in this situation.
If some one force for women and make her to act sexually with him it is a RAPE
Sexual acts include but are not limited to penile vaginal intercourse, the insertion of genitals into the mouth or anus, or the insertion of objects into the vagina or anus.
How Common Wives get rape?
10-14% of married women have experienced forced sex at least one time .
The Different between wife rape and stranger rape
* people believe that wife rape should be less harmful than stranger rape ( Because it is doing by someone she is sharing her life,home,children etc.)
* wife rape victims face to this multiple time ( not just a one time as stranger rape)
*1/3 of this women raped more than 20 times
*Women who experience wife rape suffer long lasting physical and psychological injuries as severe or more severe than stranger rape victims.
Why would man rape his wife?
* Researchers who have spoken with husband-rapists conclude that husband-rapists rape to reinforce their power or control over their wives or families, or to express anger.
* Stereotypes about women and sex such as: "women enjoy forced sex," "women say ‘no’ when they really mean ‘yes,’" or "it's a wife's duty to have sex"
Why women live with someone who raped her?
*Many religious doctrines outline sexual acts as a "duty" for wives.
*Many women believe it is part of their "wifely duty" to have sex with their husbands
